I rushed through the crowd of Konoha just wanting to be there in time knowing so well that I needed to get to him before he left the village once more. What hurt the most was that finding out that he was leaving thanks to Sakura instead of him telling me. I kept running through the crowd yelling my apologies to the people I pushed by my carelessness. As I reached the village’s gates there he was with Ero-sennin. The one who I fell in love… Naruto.

“Naruto!” I yelled as he looked to my direction and I ran up to him hugging him with tears falling from my eyes. “Why didn’t you tell me?!?” I said while crying. “Nokarinji I’m sorry this was at the last minute I couldn’t”- “You couldn’t tell me…” I saw him look down as I said those words.

I wiped my tears away and looked up to the one I love. “Go ahead become stronger for me.” I whispered for only he could hear. “Nokarinji wait for me I’ll be stronger for you. I promise.” As I heard him say those words I couldn’t help myself but tell him right now my feelings for him but what would he say. “Naruto…” He looked at me. “Come back soon.” “Will do Nokarinji.” As he said those words he walked back with Ero-sennin and left the village.

As time passed by the more it felt like I was breaking apart. I knew so well that Naruto was doing his best training with Ero-sennin but by each day passed I felt like I break apart more and more. As if my heart was falling apart piece by piece. I decided it was best for me to walk around the village to clear my mind. I grabbed my keys and closed the door of my apartment behind and started walking. As I walked around the streets of Konoha I stopped near the training grounds as I looked towards it images of me and Naruto training together came onto mind. As I walked towards it I just sat down next to a tree and let my tears fall before I could notice I fell asleep.

So did I deserve to be left in hurt.

*Sakura’s P.O.V*

I was on my way to visit Nokarinji knowing her she probably was still depressed after Naruto being gone for so long. As I passed the training grounds I thought I saw a figure lying on the ground there so I went back just to find Nokarinji laying there. I rushed towards her. “Nokarinji wake up! Nokarinji!” She wasn’t waking up she looked pale in this way so I decided it was best to slap her awake. I slapped her just enough to get her to wake up. She woke up grabbing my hand very strongly. “Nokarinji are you okay?” I asked with pain in my voice as her grip on her hand wasn’t going to stop. “Sakura…” She looked her grip on my hand and she quickly released. “I’m sorry” I looked at her noticing she was crying here. “Nokarinji are you okay?” She looked at me as if my question had taken her off guard. “Yeah I’m fine Sakura.” She got up but her legs gave up and she fell again. I began to think that she needed help more than I could offer no. She needed Naruto back. I picked her up and took her back to her apartment.

*Normal P.O.V*

After seeing Sakura helping me back to my apartment I felt bad lying to her. Though I knew that I couldn’t tell her I was like this cause the one I love wasn’t here. After taking care of me, Sakura left me. I knew very well she was just helping and she was a good friend for doing so, but all I needed was the one I love and I knew it better than anyone. I laid down on the bed thinking about him once more and before I knew it I fell asleep.

*In a Dream*

I’m just confused as I stand here to look at you.

I was looking at Naruto crying and confused for some reason I just couldn’t place it I just felt the need to tell him the truth. “Nokarinji, why are you crying?” He asked me in a soft whisper walking towards me. Once he got close enough he hugged me. “Naruto I missed you.” I said in a soft whisper. “I’m here now I wont leave ever again you’re my friend.”

It’s not what I need from you you think that’s enough.

I didn’t like hearing those words fearing he only saw me as a friend. I need to tell him now if it’s the last thing I’ll ever do. “Naruto I lo-“

I woke up thanks to my alarm clock. I wiped my face with my hands feeling the wetness in my cheek I came to the conclusion that I was crying in my dreams. I decided to get up and freshen up so, I did my daily routines. Once I was done I went to my kitchen and looked through the drawers just to find an instant ramen cup. As I picked it up tears fell since it reminded me of Naruto. “Naruto…When are you coming back?” I said out loud.

*Naruto’s P.O.V*

Training with Ero-sennin was hard and fun but for some reason I just couldn’t get Nokarinji-chan off my mind and every time I thought of her I got this feeling as if I just needed to be with her I wonder if.

You’re more than me

If this feeling is what I was hoping for along if this is love. I guess I’ll find out once we get back to the village today. The closer we got to the village the more anxious I got. “Eh Naruto are you okay?” Ero-sennin asked me after seeing my anxious face. “Oh yeah Ero-sennin I feel great I just can’t wait to get back to the village and see everyone again!” I replied to him sincerely. I knew why I was feeling like this is like each step I took closer to the village it became clearer and clearer that this feeling that I have inside of me is love and the one I seem to love is Nokarinji.

As we reached the gates of Konoha my heart just raised I was so happy I was here. “Ero-sennin I’ll talk to you later!” And with that I left my sensei running towards one place and one place only Nokarinji’s apartment.

*Normal P.O.V*

I held the ramen cup in my hand and I was now on the floor crying just wishing Naruto was here. My vision started to get blurry from all the crying I had done but a part of me didn’t really care. I needed him back it’s like my life depended on him. I wiped my tears from my eyes as I slowly got up using the counters as support. I knew very well I wasn’t in the best condition ever since Naruto left but knowing him he wouldn’t want seeing me like this. I put the instant ramen cup down and went to the bathroom.

As I got in I looked myself in the mirror noticing my eyes were red from all the crying you could barely see if my eyes were brown they looked like instead of being dark brown they were black just pure darkness in them. I sighed loudly seeing myself like this. I turned the faucet on letting the water flow once I felt that it was in a good temperature I washed my face once I finished I turned the faucet off and looked myself once more in the mirror. “*sighs* Pull yourself together Nokarinji…” I thought out loud.

I dried my face and went to my bedroom where laid down on my bed looking at the roof. As I keep looking at nothing in particular I closed my eyes. The calmness didn’t last long as a knock came from my front door. I opened my eyes as soon as I heard the loud thuds that came from the entrance of my home. “Coming!” I yelled for whoever was at my door to hear. Once I got up I slowly made my way to the entrance. As I opened the door I couldn’t believe my eyes.

*Naruto’s P.O.V*

As she opened the door I could see her eyes filled with shock. I took a good look at her and it seemed as if she was crying but why? “Naruto…What are you doing here?” She asked more to herself it seemed though. “I came back early Nokarinji-chan there was something that I needed to do here in the village.” I said in a tone of amusement. She seemed to blink her eyes in confusion. “May I come in?” I asked her putting a little playfulness in my voice. She opened the door far enough so I could enter and did so. Once I was fully in she closed the door. “Naru…what was the thing you have to do?” Her question caught me off guard but I knew very well that I needed to tell her it was now or never.

*Normal P.O.V*

“Naru…What was the thing you have to do?” I asked which took him off guard. I felt frozen in place like as if this was a dream but somehow all felt real but why was I not being able to act like I felt towards Naruto. This was confusing I need to tell him the truth. “Nokarinji-chan I didn’t come here to do something it was more to find out something.”

I give it all up, but I’m taking back my love.

He said in a soft whisper which caused me to get into shock. “Nokarinji…I love you.” He said looking at me with a soft look I was in shock and I knew it this certainly is a dream. “Nokarinji?” he called for me with a sentimental look in his eyes. Before I knew it I was crying. “Naruto I…I love you too” I told him while wiping my tears away. It wasn’t tears of sadness no it was tears of joy. Before I could notice we both were moving closer to each other. As he placed his hands on my waist as he looked at me with those precious blue eyes of his I could see in his eyes the love for me but I could also see lust as a smirk came onto his face. Before I knew it he captured my lips into a passionate kiss.

I closed my eyes enjoying the kiss but as soon as I felt something soft on my back I opened them seeing that I was in my bed. “Nokarinji I love you so much” Naruto said with a soft voice. I smirked and captured his lips into a deep kiss. I could feel Naruto’s cold touch on my skin as he felt my skin under my shirt. I couldn’t take it so I started taking Naruto’s jacket off. I heard him chuckle as he knew I didn’t want to waste any time.
Once I had Naruto’s jacket off I went to take off his shirt as he decided to do the same to me. When we had both our shirts off Naruto instantly started kissing my neck in search of my soft spot. Seeing the way that the clouds would be white or grey, letting the wind carry them onto without a care in the world to where they would end up and their different forms. Yep I surely wished I could be like the clouds without any drags with held and just do whatever seemed normal. I closed my eyes just to open them once more to see a pair of sharingan eyes staring onto my own. “Yukie…” He whispered to my ear.

*BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP* “Ugggg... stupid alarm!” I smashed the alarm clock that my cousin had put in order for me to wake up early. I sat up and remembered the sharingan eyes from my dream. Why would I think of him? “Hey Yukie, hurry up you have a mission today remember!” My lazy ass cousin Shikamaru yelled through the other side of the door. “I know! Jeez you are such a drag!” I yelled back as I stood up and quickly took my ninja clothes and entered my bathroom that was part of my bedroom and did my normal routines. Once finished I packed my bag with my stuff like scrolls, extra kunai, a first aid kit, food you know the essential when going to a mission. I took my backpack and left the room and walked passed Shikamaru. “Yukie, aren’t you going to eat something?” I stopped dead in my tracks grabbed an apple and made my way out. “Bye guys!” I yelled and made my way to the front gates of Konoha to go and start my mission. I already knew what my mission objective was and it was simple.

Get as much information from the akatsuki as possible. It sounds easy enough although it was going to be a drag seeing that this was a group of S- rank criminals. I waved to the guards at the gate and nodded as they waved goodbye as I made my way out of Konoha.

*Itachi’s P.O.V*

~Flashback~

“Itachi, are little visitor will be here soon. I am certain you can take care of her?” Pein had said while looking at me. I didn’t need words to tell him I would take care of it. “Oh and Itachi our visitor should be someone familiar. Do you recall laziness to a different perspective?” I didn’t show any emotion on my face but I knew who he meant. I made my way out of the office as Pein seemed to find this amusing to himself.

So she is the one to take on the mission. This could be interesting. I thought to myself while sitting hidden on a tree branch after all I knew very well which routes she would take the shortest possible. If there was one thing I knew she would do is try to make this end quickly. “This is such a drag!” I suddenly heard as someone was walking this way her voice hasn’t changed at all, neither has her tend to laziness.

*Yukie’s P.O.V*

I was reading the map that supposedly had the coordinates of the last Akatsuki hideout found by the anbu but it was written by a 5 year old! I couldn’t understand one bit of what they wrote even if I tried the only thing I could understand was ‘Careful S-rank criminals’. This was such a drag. I plopped myself down on a tree stump trying to read the annoying map. How am I supposed to complete this mission when I can’t even understand what is written in the map?!?!?! As I remained focused on the piece of paper in my hand I suddenly heard some crow’s cry. At first I paid no mind to it until a crow had landed in front of me. Then it hit me. He is here. I quickly grabbed a kunai from my holster and threw it at my side without looking. Suddenly dozens of crows made themselves out from the place I threw the kunai at.

“Tsk, this is such a drag. Show yourself Uchiha!” I yelled and suddenly felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned around only to meet his sharingan eyes with my own gaze. “Yukie, you haven’t changed one bit.” He said with his monotone voice.

*Itachi’s P.O.V*

I stabbed her with a kunai revealing that it was a clone. I knew very well that capturing Yukie wouldn’t be so easy. “Yukie Nara, you’re attempts are useless.” I said and threw a kunai at an explosive tag. I could see her chakra system hidden in the trees. I suddenly looked down seeing the shadow of the shadow manipulation jutsu quickly make its way towards me I jumped back in response and the shadow stopped a few feet away.

*Yukie’s P.O.V*

Damn it, this is really a drag! I gritted my teeth seeing that my attempt to get him was a failure. Suddenly I sensed another chakra I dodged the upcoming shuriken and made my way out of my hiding spot. I jumped up throwing kunai at the clone hitting it as it disappeared by the contact of the sharp metal. As I landed I felt a pair of arms hold me onto a tight embrace. “Hn” Itachi said as he made his way towards me and the clone that held me in place. Before I knew it I was suddenly in a dark place. I couldn’t see the clone anywhere. “Welcome to my world Yukie Nara.” Wait does this mean he?!

*Fast Forward*

I slowly opened my eyelids and looked at my surroundings. I could see I was lying on a bed in a dark room. “I see you’re awake.” The Uchiha suddenly states as he was sitting on a chair on the other side of the room. “Look Uchiha, you better let me go.” I snapped and he didn’t seem to even flinch from my sudden outburst or even blink. “So you really don’t remember.” He said suddenly catching my attention almost instantly. “What do you mean?” I asked but he still remained with his same look on his face. Instantly he disappeared from the chair and hovered on top of my body making me blush in response. “I’ll help you remember…” he said softly and just when I was about to push him off he crashed his lips onto my own. I was slightly shocked but then images came onto my mind.

I was with the one who I cared about. I knew soon he had to go on a mission but I tried to make every second enjoyable. “Yukie…” He caressed my cheek as he closed in for a kiss. “Damn, this certainly ruins my day.” I muttered to myself as I began to treat my wound. As I was finally about to start stitching myself up, I heard something behind me. “Found you!” He yelled as he swung his sword at me but I dodged just in time though the sudden action caused me to flinch in pain. “You’re not getting away this time you brat.” “Who you calling a brat? You piece of shit!” I snapped back. If it was one thing I hated the most was people trying to be smart and insult me. “You’re going to regret ever talking back kid!” Just about he was to charge at me someone stopped in front of me. My eyes opened in shock as I recognized that symbol in his shirt.

*Flashback: 4 years ago*

“You promised you wouldn’t leave me!” I yelled as my tears fell like rivers. “I need to get stronger, I need to kill him.” “But you promised! I don’t want to be alone again. I need you!” I said through tears before my very eyes he disappeared in front of me. “I will be back for you; after all I am your guardian angel.” He whispered to my ear as all of the sudden everything turned black.

My eyes started to water as I saw him there in front of me once more, after all these years. “Now who are you?” “Hmm” Was all that he said and in one swift move took his sword off its handle and gripped it hard. “Ha, a smart guy well no matter, I will finish you off and then the brat.” As they charged at each other everything started spinning and darkness took over but not until I took one more glance at him. “Sasuke…”

*Sasuke’s P.O.V*

After finishing off the attacker I ran towards Ako and saw that she was uncouncious but still breathing. I knew that it would get dark soon and the cold would only get worse, so I picked her up bridal style and went towards my cabin. Somehow seeing her once again sent a weird feeling in my stomach. Just when I thought I had surrendered all feelings. I sighed as I reached the cabin and entered. Once inside I laid Ako down on my bed and began lighting the fire place. I grabbed the first aid kit from the table and began cleaning and stitching the deep cut she had on her stomach. Yet somehow seeing her gentle face sent the memories of the painful parting I had to do and the fact that I never told her the truth, the truth of my heart.

*Ako’s P.O.V*

I suddenly started feeling a sudden wetness on my forehead and just open my eyelids slowly, just to see my savior sitting next to me holding a wet cloth. “Hmm, you haven’t change you still look for trouble.” He suddenly said as he looked at me with those onyx colored eyes of his. “Well sorry for trying to complete a mission.” I snapped back. He smirked seeing that he was right that I hadn’t changed one bit. I looked at my side wondering why now why did he appear now when he left me. “Why did you leave me?” I muttered as if a small whispered that the wind tried to blow away. “I am sorry.” He suddenly said in that monotone voice of his. I sat up looking at him and glared at him. “You’re sorry?!? That doesn’t cut it I ended being alone again when you promised you would be with me. You were the only one I ever trusted and- He had crashed his lips onto mine and I got into a state of shock. He then parted when he saw that I wasn’t kissing back. “I guess you- I interrupted him by kissing him and he kissed back when he had realized what I was doing. We parted slightly looking onto each other’s eyes. “Did that cut it?” He said with a small smirk forming on his lips.

“Maybe.” I said with a playful tone and we once again started kissing very passionately as it turned into a heated make out session. As we parted for air and looked into each others eyes. “I love you Ako and I’m sorry I left you.” He said while caressing my cheek. “I love you too, Sasuke.” I told him and before long we started kissing once more.
